We continue to expand the team and is looking for a Customer Support Specialist. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Requirements:

- Fluency in the English language;
- German language will be a plus;
- Sociability and stress tolerance;
- Experienced PC user;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach;
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure;
- Self-organization, willingness to learn and grow;
- A positive attitude;
- Team player with customer oriented mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries vie chats and emails;
- Assist in solving customer problems and current issues;
- Make daily reports;
- Shift schedule 2/2 (shift 12 hours, alternation of day and night shifts). Shift are not flexible.
