HR Director

GAMMA D'ORO is an international perfume brand offering a wide range of perfumes, as well as products for interior and car fragrance.
GAMMA D'ORO is present in 8 countries and has its own production in Turkey.

We are currently looking for an experienced professional to manage the HR function in a group of companies.

The ideal candidate will act as an employee advocate and change leader.
You will plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate HR function and its performance.

Responsibilities:

- Provide overall leadership and direction, talent acquisition, employee career development, training and leadership development.
- Act as a strategic advisor on human capital issues to senior management of the company.
- Develop initiatives and policies that complement existing practices and ensure consistency across the organization
- Oversee benefit and compensation plans to ensure cost effectiveness and attractiveness to retain top talent.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management.
- 5+ years of professional HR experience, preferably in manufacturing and retail companies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work.
- Knowledge of English (B2) and Russian is a must.
- Proficiency in Turkish is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to the Republic of Turkey (Istanbul).
