- Lead the end-to-end onboarding experience, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.

Develop onboarding resources such as checklists, handbooks, and SharePoint content, and coordinate pre-boarding and first-day activities including office tours, equipment setup, and welcome kits.

Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement throughout the first month by scheduling regular check-ins and feedback sessions.

Facilitate compliance training, buddy programs, and team integration initiatives.

Identify retention challenges and gather insights through exit interviews.
You're perfect for this role if you have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR with focus on employee onboarding or employee experience.
- At least have Upper-Intermediate level of English.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with a focus on process improvement.
