We are seeking a dedicated Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Almaty or Astana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the onboarding experience for new employees across all levels and business units. This role will ensure a smooth transition for new hires from acceptance of offer through the completion of their probationary period, while also supporting offboarding processes and alumni engagement.
As our Onboarding Specialist, you will:
  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding experience, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.
  • Develop onboarding resources such as checklists, handbooks, and SharePoint content, and coordinate pre-boarding and first-day activities including office tours, equipment setup, and welcome kits.

  • Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement throughout the first month by scheduling regular check-ins and feedback sessions.

  • Facilitate compliance training, buddy programs, and team integration initiatives.

  • Identify retention challenges and gather insights through exit interviews.

You're perfect for this role if you have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR with focus on employee onboarding or employee experience.
  • At least have Upper-Intermediate level of English.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with a focus on process improvement.
  • Background in onboarding or involvement in employee experience initiatives.
