Responsibilities:

Design and optimize onboarding programs by analyzing business needs and global best practices

Develop tailored resources (checklists, handbooks, SharePoint content) for different business units

Manage pre-boarding (equipment, credentials) and first-day experiences (office tours, introductions)

Establish structured touchpoints, pulse checks, and support initiatives (training, buddy programs)

Improve offboarding, analyze exit data for retention, and streamline Client Candidate Attraction (CCA)
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field
-
2+ years in HR/onboarding, proficiency in Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams)
-
Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
-
Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, fluent in English
