Nekki is a game development studio, the creator of Shadow Fight Arena, Shadow Fight 3, Shadow Fight 2, 11×11, and Vector. The total number of registered users for our games exceeds 1 billion worldwide. We develop and release games for PC, consoles, and mobile platforms.
Responsibilities:

Manage the full cycle of mobile traffic acquisition: launching, analyzing performance, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across channels such as Applovin, ironSource, Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and VK.

Achieve set KPIs.

Collaborate with the creative production team.

Conduct experiments and test hypotheses.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in marketing and UA, applying current best practices to improve the efficiency of traffic acquisition.
What we are looking for:

Understanding of key metrics: ROI, ARPU, ARPPU, LTV, Conversion Rate, Retention.

Experience in traffic acquisition through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok.

Experience working with Appsflyer and Firebase.

Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Strong desire to learn and grow professionally.

Proactive and initiative-driven mindset.
Will be a plus:

Experience working with internal BI systems.
