As a Research Marketing Specialist, your role will be crucial in identifying and evaluating customer needs, values, user stories, brand awareness and customer satisfaction, ensuring the company aligns with its objectives. Your research and analysis will contribute to the overall success of the company and help provide sustainable solutions for our customers.
Responsibilities:

Market Research: Conducting primary and secondary research to understand market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies.

Data Analysis: Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities, segment audiences, and measure campaign performance.

Consumer Insights: Gathering and interpreting consumer feedback to inform product development and marketing campaigns.

Campaign Support: Collaborating with marketing teams to design and optimize campaigns based on research findings.

Reporting: Creating detailed reports and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders.

Trend Monitoring: Staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to refine marketing approaches.

Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, sales, and creative) to align strategies with research insights.
Qualifications:

Higher education diploma, preferably in Consumer Behavior, Economics, Sociology, or Marketing areas.

Working Experience with the US and European markets as an option.

Relevant experience as Analytics Specialist/Market Intelligence/Consumer Insights Specialist for 1-3 years.

Good command of English (С1-С2).

Understanding in consumer research/trade research management and design, methods and techniques. Knowledge of both Quantitative and Qualitative methodologies.

Ability to generate market insights and marketing recommendations consistent with overall business objectives.
