Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support to our company's operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of legal activities, ensuring compliance with current legislation and protecting the company's interests. This is a temporary position to cover a maternity leave absence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full legal support for the company's activities, including but not limited to:
    • Preparation of foundational documents.
    • Management of changes to charter capital.
    • Review, drafting, and negotiation of various types of contracts.
    • Handling claim work.
    • Managing correspondence with state authorities and other third parties.
  • Support financing transactions with financial institutions.
  • Manage share sale and purchase transactions.
  • Provide expert legal advisory services to all departments.
  • Verify the compliance of all company-issued regulations with current legislation.
  • Represent and protect the Company's interests in various organizations and forums.
  • Participate actively in legal due diligence processes conducted with external law firms.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Higher education in Law.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience.
  • Extensive experience in corporate law, with a strong focus on Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs).
  • Demonstrated extensive experience in contractual matters, including review, drafting, and negotiation of diverse contract types.
  • Proven experience in financing matters, including loan attraction and working with banks/financial institutions.
  • Experience in navigating regulatory industries, specifically with currency control matters, licenses/permits, and the construction sector.
  • Experience in the construction, electric power, or green energy sectors.

Preferred Qualifications (Advantageous):

  • LLM. or Master's degree in Law.
  • Experience in litigation.
