We are expanding our sales team and looking for a Sales Manager with a strong track record in SaaS sales, particularly within the Customer Data Platform (CDP) space, to drive new business growth and support strategic expansion efforts.

What you will do:

  • Drive new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and strategic networking;

  • Identify and qualify prospects, understand their business needs, and articulate the value of Pushwoosh’s engagement and CDP solutions;

  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of mid-market and enterprise opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets;

  • Lead discovery calls, product demonstrations, proposal creation, and contract negotiations;

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a smooth handoff and long-term customer satisfaction;

  • Provide market feedback to internal stakeholders to inform product development and go-to-market strategies;

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and forecast data using CRM tools;

What skills do you need:

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in martech, adtech, or customer engagement platforms;

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a consultative, solution-selling environment;

  • Experience selling CDP or customer data-driven solutions is strongly preferred;

  • Deep understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and omnichannel engagement strategies;

  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus);

  • Comfortable navigating enterprise accounts and engaging with multiple stakeholders, including Marketing, Product, and IT leaders;

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
