Key Requirements:
- Higher education in management, logistics, engineering, or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role in facility management, preferably in airports or large business centers
- Knowledge of efficient multi-tasking management principles
- Strong ability to coordinate and manage various departments
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- English proficiency at an upper - intermediate level or higher (preferred)
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations for facility operations
Responsibilities:
- Overall management and coordination of all aspects of airport operations, including the departments of Travel administration, Car fleet Managment, Office Facility, and VIP Terminal Management
- Monitoring the effectiveness and quality of service provided by the departments in passenger services and facility management
- Developing and implementing service standards for VIP areas and other key airport sections
- Overseeing the technical maintenance and operations of facilities, including office spaces, parking areas, and terminals
- Assessing the equipment, technical resources, and operational needs required for efficient facility management
- Interacting with external contractors and service providers
- Training and developing staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency
- Evaluating and optimizing facility maintenance costs, and preparing reports for senior management
