We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and highly presentable BD/Marketing Lead to serve as the external-facing leader of our Web3 project. While the internal strategic execution is handled by a strong operational team, this role is designed for a visionary professional who can act as the trusted face of the company—communicating our values to investors, the community, partners, and media.
The ideal candidate is a likable, articulate executive presence who commands rooms with grace and confidence, while understanding the nuances of crypto-native audiences, investor relations, and high-stakes fundraising. He/she has a strong track record in business leadership, has played key roles in multi-million-dollar fundraises, and deeply understands the Web3 ecosystem through hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Represent the project externally as the public-facing lead, managing appearances, interviews, conference talks, and investor presentations.

Build and nurture relationships with VCs, institutional investors, ecosystem partners, and community leaders.

Apply Neuro-Linguistic Programming techniques in high-level negotiations to align interests, mirror communication styles, and build deeper rapport.

Collaborate with the internal executive and ops teams to align external messaging with project milestones and development updates.

Shape and refine the brand’s executive voice and visual positioning, especially across investor decks, community updates, and media platforms.

Serve as a thought leader in Web3, providing intelligent commentary on market trends, technology narratives, and policy issues.

Lead high-level negotiations and partnership conversations that require both charm and strategic gravitas.
Professional Profile:

Experience: Former COO, CMO, or Head of Business Development, or equivalent senior leadership role within high-growth startups or venture-backed Web3 projects.

Fundraising: Direct involvement in $10M+ in total fundraising rounds, with demonstrable ability to pitch, close, and maintain investor relationships.

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of crypto, blockchain, DeFi, DAOs, NFTs, and community-led ecosystems.

Communication: Exceptional public speaking, media handling, and storytelling skills. Confident on stage and on camera.

Appearance & Demeanor: Professional, polished, and presentable—adept at using style, voice, and presence to build trust and amplify the brand’s impact.
