Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement growth strategies for OVOP products and enterprises;

Identify and onboard new clients, retail partners, and distribution channels (local and international);

Manage day-to-day operations of OVOP shops and retail outlets, ensuring strong performance and customer satisfaction;

Coordinate packaging, branding, and promotion efforts to ensure market competitiveness;

Lead export planning, including compliance with international quality standards, documentation, and logistics;

Build and maintain partnerships with buyers, government agencies, donors, and other stakeholders;

Conduct regular market analysis and identify opportunities for scaling up sales and visibility.
Requirements:

Strong track record in client acquisition, retail operations, or sales channel development;

Knowledge of value chains, community enterprise development, and local product marketing;

Experience working with artisans, farmers, or small-scale producers is a strong advantage;

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills;
-
Proficiency in business software (MS Office, CRM tools, inventory systems, etc.);
-
Fluency in English, Kyrgyz, Russian; other languages an asset.
