Key responsibilities:

Ecosystem Development

  • Building an ecosystem portfolio from idea to commercialization (FinTech, InsureTech, content, lifestyle, gaming, smart home, etc.);
  • Developing and scaling digital products in synergy with the Tele2/Altel App;
  • Creating platform-based models with external partners — win-win integrations;
  • Managing the product lifecycle within the ecosystem: testing, launch, and scale.

AdTech

  • Develop an end-to-end advertising platform based on Tele2's first-party data;
  • Define the strategy and business model;
  • Attract advertisers and publishers, launch RevShare models.

E-Commerce

  • Build proprietary e-commerce platforms with personalized offerings;
  • Shape the assortment and commercial strategy.

FinTech

  • Transform Tele2 into a full-fledged player in the FinTech segment;
  • Design and develop financial products and services.

Partnership Programs

  • Identify, evaluate, and launch partnership programs with technology and service providers;
  • Lead negotiations, establish collaboration frameworks, and align legal and commercial terms;
  • Oversee the "marketplace" approach for Tele2 offerings (including banking, insurance, content, etc.).

Coordination and Execution

  • Drive projects in collaboration with marketing, product, digital, legal, and IT teams;
  • Set up workflows — from piloting to scaling and unit economics evaluation;
  • Manage the ecosystem portfolio and storefront, ensure metric transparency and regular reporting;

Analytics & Market Research

  • Monitor local and global ecosystem trends (e.g., telco FinTech evolution);
  • Analyze user behavior and customer lifetime value across connected services;
  • Gather insights and feedback to continuously enhance customer value;

Qualification & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital partnerships, platforms, or new business development (in telecom, FinTech, digital, e-commerce, banking, etc.);
  • Proven track record of building and launching partner-driven products or services;
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior, digital business models, and unit economics;
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects;
  • Skilled in partner negotiations and closing complex agreements;
  • English proficiency — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
