Responsibilities:

- Working with the backend to build the product (configuring filters and groups, bonus DSL, lotteries, tournaments, etc.)
- Using Jira to create and manage tasks (e.g., bonus creation and QA)
- Sending customer communications (broadcasts and campaigns) via multiple channels (email, SMS, in-app, etc.)
- Handling VIP requests in FLS chat (e.g., investigating and resolving issues with bonuses not being credited, and optimizing the process)
- Designing and executing A/B tests to improve messaging and increase conversion rates
- Analyzing user behavior to identify growth opportunities and boost engagement
- Preparing regular reports on campaign effectiveness, customer retention, and other key metrics
- Participating in team planning
- Collaborating with marketing and content teams to ensure consistent communication strategy
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) of CRM initiatives
