Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth by converting regular players into VIP customers
- Work closely with active and potential VIP players to ensure engagement, retention, and reactivation
- Segment the player base to identify VIP prospects
- Communicate with players via email, WhatsApp, SMS, and occasional phone calls
- Create and tailor personalized offers to increase loyalty and lifetime value
Requirements:
- Fluent English (both written and spoken) — mandatory
- German — a plus, but not required
- Experience in iGaming, sales, or customer service — preferred
- Strong computer skills; confident use of Excel/Google Sheets — mandatory
- Creative mindset — desired
- Analytical thinking — desired
- Proactive attitude, independence, and strong result-orientation — mandatory
