Manager at Strategic analysis Department

Responsibilities:

- Conducting strategic and competitive analysis

- Financial modeling of new banking products

- Analyzing the banking system of Uzbekistan, including calculation of key indicators, balance sheet structure and profit and loss statement.

- Preparation of analytical reports: Market Watch, market share report, macroeconomic analysis.

- Gathering and analyzing market information, researching trends

- Work with Excel, PowerPoint, databases (SQL knowledge is desirable)

- Participation in preparation of proposals to improve financial performance

Requirements:

- Higher education in banking or finance

- At least 3 years of experience in banking or finance

- Strong knowledge of financial analytics, including bank metrics, P&L and balance sheet

- Skills in building financial models and macroeconomic analysis

- Fluency in English and Uzbek, Russian at a good level

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge of SQL is welcome

- Strong analytical, problem solving, teamwork and effective communication skills
