Senior Display Specialist, KZ, UZ & CAM

Responsibilities:

• Develop, deploy and monitor the end-to-end process for all display solutions from ordering to storage, distribution and implementation and ensuring smooth roll out within customers.
• Identify, test, develop and deploy winning and innovative permanent and temporary display solutions, ensuring quality, efficiency & effectiveness.
• Influence key stakeholders to ensure the needs of shoppers and customers are brought to life, in our strategic plans and the in-store execution.
• Contribute functional perspective to the management teams to ensure sound decisions, and sharing responsibility for the achievement of operating plan objectives.
• Engage regularly with One Demand team to inform and align on key projects.
• Build relationships with relevant business functions (Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Demand, S&OP) to ensure CA function is embedded in the business, and advise/counsel as needed.

Requirements:

• Сonsiderable display experience with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute successfully strong and impactful display solutions in a diverse range of customers.
• Ability to build relationships and trust with internal associates and other key stakeholders to reinforce communication and drive engagement.
• Language skills: fluent in speaking, reading and writing in Russian and English.
