Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and grow sales of spare and wear parts, as well as capital equipment, in Central Kazakhstan;

  • Identify potential customers and develop long-term business relationships;

  • Analyze market trends and prepare customized technical and commercial offers;

  • Conduct negotiations, client meetings, and product presentations;

  • Coordinate technical solution development and ensure alignment with customer needs;

  • Supervise the implementation of supply projects, equipment commissioning, and performance monitoring.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in the mining sector;

  • Strong technical background and understanding of industrial equipment;

  • English proficiency at intermediate level or higher;

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time;

  • Sales-driven mindset with strong negotiation and customer service skills.
