An international diesel generator manufacturing company is seeking a Country Sales Leader for the Uzbekistan territory.

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Collecting and analyzing data about the market and acquiring new customers
  • Carrying out customer relations in the region he/she is responsible for
  • Planned visits to existing customers and reporting project status
  • Bidding for generator projects, following and reporting sales transactions.
  • Sales contract negotiations and follow up the payments of sales.
  • Follow the supply and delivery of the units sold in accordance with the sales contract
  • Product Management and Logistics support
  • Contributing to marketing activities (responsible presence at fairs, inviting customers to seminars)
  • File and maintain all necessary documents, correspondence, contracts, reports, etc. in an organized manner
  • Monitor sales and profitability performance and taking actions to realize sales and profitability targets in case of potential problems
  • Closely monitor customer satisfaction and ensure necessary improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electrical Engineering or engineering)
  • Advanced Language skills: Fluent Uzbek, Russian and English
  • Readiness to travel across Uzbekistan
  • B2B Sales Experience (5-6 years)
