Обязанности:
  • Volume reporting management – collect data from Trade team, consolidation into Power BI dashboards, analytics and share with relevant stakeholders;
  • NPI performance tracking and reporting – setting targets, deep dive analysis of the performance and presentation to relevant stakeholders;
  • Trade programs development and lead projects related to trade (retail). Trade coverage plan management – review, create a proposal and support Trade transformation agenda;
  • Calculation methodology & analytics for functional support, process automation.
Требования:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Route-to-Market (R2M) and Distribution Development;
  • Higher education in Economics, Business, or a related field;
  • Language proficiency: English – upper intermediate; Russian – fluent;
  • Experience in the development and execution of Trade Marketing & Distribution (TM&D) strategies;
  • Intermediate Power BI & Power Query, Advanced MS Excel, Basic MS PowerPoint;
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to develop models for calculation and forecasting;
  • Ability to identify key insights in large datasets;
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Условия:
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday 9 am-6 pm;

  • Official employment (in accordance with labor legislation);

  • Involvement in the company's corporate life (offsite team buildings, events, and sessions).
