Обязанности:
- Volume reporting management – collect data from Trade team, consolidation into Power BI dashboards, analytics and share with relevant stakeholders;
- NPI performance tracking and reporting – setting targets, deep dive analysis of the performance and presentation to relevant stakeholders;
- Trade programs development and lead projects related to trade (retail). Trade coverage plan management – review, create a proposal and support Trade transformation agenda;
- Calculation methodology & analytics for functional support, process automation.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Route-to-Market (R2M) and Distribution Development;
- Higher education in Economics, Business, or a related field;
- Language proficiency: English – upper intermediate; Russian – fluent;
- Experience in the development and execution of Trade Marketing & Distribution (TM&D) strategies;
- Intermediate Power BI & Power Query, Advanced MS Excel, Basic MS PowerPoint;
- Strong analytical skills, ability to develop models for calculation and forecasting;
- Ability to identify key insights in large datasets;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday 9 am-6 pm;
