Projects Overview:

We offer opportunities on several projects, including:

1. Automotive Project (Global Tier-1 Supplier)
The company develops intelligent hardware and software for smart vehicles, supporting connected and autonomous driving. You'll work with digital cockpits, infotainment systems, and IoT components.

2. Healthcare Project (US-based MedTech Company)
The client transforms organ transplant therapy worldwide. Their mission is to help save lives by improving access to viable donor organs through advanced medical technology.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Be on call during your shift and respond promptly to system alerts

  • Investigate and triage incidents using predefined runbooks

  • Perform initial troubleshooting (logs, system health, connectivity)

  • Escalate issues to L2/L3 engineers when necessary

  • Document all incident-handling steps clearly

  • Carry out basic support routines (log checks, system health monitoring)

  • Ensure clear communication during shift handovers

What You'll Work With:

Technologies you may encounter:

  • Monitoring Tools: Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog

  • Cloud Basics: AWS, Azure, GCP (exposure only)

  • Scripting: Bash, PowerShell, or Python (optional)

  • Incident Tracking Systems: Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk

What We Expect:

  • Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows systems, networking, and cloud fundamentals

  • Willingness to work night shifts in a 24/7 support model

  • Upper-Intermediate English (spoken and written)

  • Proactive and responsible attitude to alerts and escalations

  • Ability to follow support documentation and processes

  • Previous experience or education in IT is a plus

Team & Environment

  • Team of up to 25 engineers (Junior to Senior level)

  • Supported by PMs, Team Leads, and L2/L3 Engineers

  • You’ll be joining a distributed, experienced team

  • Work with international clients from USA, Germany, Sweden, and others
