Responsibilities:

Coordination of the Educational Process:

  • Development and oversight of the academic calendar.

  • Management of class schedules, exams, and academic sessions.

  • Organization of student assessments, academic performance tracking, and student transfers.

  • Participation in the development, revision, and approval of educational programs and curricula.

  • Monitoring the compliance of programs with national standards and international accreditation requirements.

  • Advising students on academic matters: transfers, reinstatements, academic leave, individual study plans, etc.

  • Interaction with faculty regarding academic process organization, reporting, and adherence to academic policies.

  • Ensuring compliance with academic integrity and university standards.

  • Participation in the development and implementation of internal regulations, policies, and instructions.

Requirements:

  • Higher education (preferably in Education, Management, Law, or related fields).

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in educational institutions (preferably in administrative or academic departments).

  • Knowledge of the regulatory framework in the field of higher education.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in office software and electronic document management systems.

  • English language proficiency (preferably Intermediate level or higher).

  • Ability to work with large volumes of information, multitasking, and attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of Uzbek (native language).

  • Fluent English proficiency (Advanced level or above) – mandatory requirement.

Conditions:

  • Schedule: Five-day workweek, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (possible overtime during exams, accreditation periods, etc.)
