General Qualifications:

• Graduated from relevant university departments,
• Minimum 1 years of experience in allocation or planning,
• Proficient in MS Office and 1C programs,
• Preferably fluent in English,
• Analytical thinker, results-oriented,
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Job Description:

• Analysing sales potentials of responsible channels during the season, and planning action plans,
• Contributing to the use and enhancement of first Distribution, Replenishment, and Transfer systems throughout the season,
• Making inter-channel transfer decisions based on sales performance during the season.
• Special Period Planning; checking the quantity needs before special periods such as holidays, preparing special action plans, presenting them to managers, and coordinating the process,
• Controlling/tracking and coordinating logistics shipment movements; ensuring timely delivery of approved reserves to stores and reporting to upper management, actively participating in system improvement proposals,
• Involvement in business development processes of online sales channels, conducting analysis and feasibility studies,
• Coordinating the creation, development, and implementation of annual, monthly, and weekly campaign plans.
• Ensuring the creation of shipment plans by conducting monthly and weekly needs analyses of relevant sales channels,
• Analysing future sales potential and changes in sales trends, and planning actions accordingly,
• Preparing consolidated reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and reporting to managers,
• Establishing a structure to automate repetitive and standardized workflows to effectively manage productivity."
