Hey! We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on specialist from the adult traffic arbitrage space who’s ready to transition into recruitment and join an HR agency.
You’ll work directly with me in the Belgrade office (reporting to the Recruitment TL in Serbia). We don’t expect you to know HR — we’ll teach you. But we do expect your help in understanding how the high-risk industry works from the inside — especially adult traffic and payment flows (experience with PSPs and processing is a big plus).

What you'll do:

Recruit and manage candidates in adult, gambling, dating and high-risk niches;

Coordinate hiring for affiliate and media buying positions (including warm, cold, and proactive outreach);

Help clients navigate the industry specifics of high-risk verticals, including payment processing nuances (PSPs, alternative methods);

Collaborate closely with adult product-focused community and be in the context of the industry;

Build quality relationships with candidates and clients;

Handle own hiring funnels that reflect both speed and long-term fit.
Vertical: adult, iGaming, mobile-focused.
What we expect:

1+ year experience in CPA networks, affiliate marketing, or mobile traffic;

Understanding of how traffic flows, what makes offers convert, and how partners think;

Experience with trackers, smartlinks, media buying teams, or launching offers;

Russian fluent;

English B2+

Ukrainian or Serbian B2+ (as a plus).
Full-time, flexible hours, office 2-3 times per week.
