Motion Designer (Middle)

And currently we are looking for a talented Middle Motion Designer to join our creative team and help us craft engaging, dynamic, and visually striking content for our brands.

Responsibilities:

- Creation of motion graphics for digital advertising campaigns and social media: Instagram, Facebook, Telegram and ad networks;
- Editing video materials for promo videos, banners and presentations;
- Creation of 2D/3D graphics, rendering of graphic elements and illustrations;
- Creation and editing of motion and video graphics based on stock and existing creative libraries;
- Color correction, working with soundtracks, adaptation to different formats;
- Generation of ideas, development of creative concepts, adaptation of materials to different formats and sizes within the framework of the approved corporate style;
- Keep abreast of the latest design trends, new technologies and the growth of media advertising in various formats;
- Interact with the Head of Design, Team Lead and Product team;
- Organize and categorize graphic materials, ensuring accessibility and efficient use within the team. Maintaining a library of creatives.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferably in a dynamically developing agency or in-house creative team;
- Confident knowledge of the Adobe package (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro);
- Knowledge and use of plugins and scripts in After Effects;
- 3D skills (Cinema 4D / Blender);
- Experience using: Figma;
- Experience in GIF animation;
- Working with AI services: Midjourney, ChatGPT, CapCut, Runway, Elevenlabs;
- Experience in creating videos, 3D graphics and adaptation for different channels (web, social, offline);
- Artistic/design education is desirable. Deep understanding of composition and color science, typography and visual communication;
- Portfolio is required. Please provide a link when applying;
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
- High motivation, positive thinking, ability to cope with multitasking, awareness, stress resistance;
- Good communication skills;
- Intermediate level of spoken and written English;
- Experience in iGaming will be a plus.
