Recruiter (Igaming, customer support)

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team! In this role, you will handle high-volume hiring, mainly for support positions, as well as recruit for both IT and non-IT roles. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, communicating with people, and helping businesses grow—this job is for you!
What You Will Do:

• Handle mass recruitment for support roles and other positions
• Search for candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, databases)
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics
• Assist with employer branding and job postings

What We Expect:

• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Experience in mass recruitment, especially for support roles
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a high-volume hiring environment
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms
• Knowledge of other languages like Hindi, Bengali, Urdu, or other South Asian languages will be a plus
