HR Business Partner role plays a key part in driving talent management, talent acquisition, and organizational development initiatives, with a focus on elevating employee engagement and ensuring effective HR administration and employee relations.

Job responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the regional leadership team to determine and lead an HR agenda that aligns with organizational goals.

  • Partner with business leaders to assess learning needs and plan, organize, and oversee employee training programs.

  • Manage the full recruitment process for assigned positions, including identifying and attracting talent both externally and internally.

  • Coach and support people managers on matters related to performance appraisals, employee relations, and employee development.

  • Lead initiatives that foster a positive work environment and promote employee well-being.

  • Oversee Succession Planning and Talent Review processes.

  • Collaborate with the Total Rewards team to review and update existing and new policies and procedures, including benefits (e.g., life and medical insurance).

  • Coordinate with the payroll provider to resolve all payroll-related issues.

  • Administer SAP HR management activities.

  • Participate in and contribute to Corporate HR projects.

  • Provide other ad hoc HR support as required.

Requirements:

  • Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or above).

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.

  • Knowledge of Kazakhstan payroll, benefits, and employment regulations is an advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively, with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent in English and Russian.

  • Experience with SuccessFactors and Google Tools is a plus.
