About Us: Citifuel LLC (offices in Uzbekistan and the USA), a company providing discount fuel cards in the USA. We are seeking for a HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement core HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Support the design and rollout of automated HR workflows and digital tools (e.g., HRIS/Zoho People).
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies across all HR-related activities.
  • Collaborate with department heads to standardize and streamline HR procedures across the organization.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and reports.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, addressing HR-related inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Assist in driving initiatives to improve employee engagement, internal communication, and corporate culture.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of HR processes and suggest improvements for scalability and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Uzbek, Russian, and English — both written and spoken (mandatory).
  • Experience in HR from 3 to 5 years, preferably in companies with structured HR processes.
  • Confident PC user with excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS/ERP systems and automation of HR processes (e.g., Zoho People, 1C, SAP).
  • Solid understanding of key HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee lifecycle, etc.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR workflows and documentation.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills; ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Previous experience with HR digital transformation or system implementation is a strong plus.

The HR Generalist will report directly to the Head of the HR Department.
