About Us: Citifuel LLC (offices in Uzbekistan and the USA), a company providing discount fuel cards in the USA. We are seeking for a Training Specialist.
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Training Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs, developing learning programs, and delivering effective training sessions to enhance employee skills, engagement, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze training needs and develop training plans;
- Organize and conduct onboarding programs for new hires;
- Deliver internal training sessions on soft and hard skills;
- Support and coordinate mentorship and adaptation programs;
- Develop training materials, manuals, and presentations;
- Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare reports;
- Maintain and update training database and LMS;
- Work closely with department heads to support employee development.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Minimum 1 years in a similar role (corporate training, L&D, onboarding);
- Experience in preparing and delivering in-person or online trainings;
- Ability to create high-quality presentations and visual materials;
- Experience working with LMS platforms is a plus.
Additional requirements:
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, PowerPoint, or Adobe tools);
- Confident PC user (MS Office, Google Workspace, LMS systems);
- English, Russian and Uzbek – upper intermediate or higher;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- High level of emotional intelligence and adaptability;
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail;
- Team player with initiative and creativity.
