We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Junior SMM specialist to support our content team with publishing tasks and coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Receive links to video materials from the supervisor;
• Create short post texts in English using ready-made templates and add them to the content calendar;
• Identify and tag featured creators or accounts based on video content;
• Support with technical and coordination tasks as needed;
• Start under close supervision; gradually shift to working independently.

Requirements:

• Strong written communication skills in both English and Russian;
• Ability to follow structure and templates with precision;
• Basic video editing skills;
• Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and self-organization;
• Comfortable working with a variety of online content formats.
