Due to our company’s expansion, we are looking for a professional portfolio manager/administrator of real estate database.
The Portfolio Manager is responsible for the management and development of the agency's real estate portfolio. The main goal is to establish successful partnerships with construction companies and to collect and update the necessary information for partner sales.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiating with construction companies on behalf of the agency.
- Searching for real estate properties to form the agency's portfolio.
- Close collaboration with property owners, representatives of construction companies, partners, and others.
- Active cooperation with the marketing, sales, and legal departments to ensure efficient portfolio management.
- Joint work: coordinating collaborative work on documents.
- Systematization of information: organizing data for easy access and retrieval.
- Maintaining the property database: entering and updating information about properties.
- Ability to assign tasks in Google Drive and monitor their completion.
- Regularly updating information about available properties such as apartments, houses, land plots, commercial spaces, etc.
- Training and support: assisting and training staff on using Google Drive.
- Preparing and systematizing standard and individual contracts with property owners/partners.
- Scheduling meetings with clients and partners.
- Preparing offers: creating commercial proposals.
- Creating client folders: managing documentation related to preliminary agreements, including photos and videos of properties.
Requirements:
- Fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
- Experience with Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Sheets, CRM, Canva.
- Organizational and information systematization skills.
- At least 3 years of experience in real estate or investments.
- Deep understanding of the real estate market, including trends and asset valuation factors.
- Analytical mindset and experience with financial models.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency with data analysis and project management software.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Experience in setting, synchronizing, and monitoring goals, tasks, and calendars.
- Ability to plan work and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
