The Cycle is the first cycle-based functional beverage designed to support menstrual wellness. We help ease PMS, fatigue, bloating, and hormonal fluctuations with clean, plant-based formulations crafted to support the body through every phase of the menstrual cycle. Our ingredients are rooted in herbal medicine, our flavors are habit-forming, and our voice is unapologetically real.

We’re not just launching a drink—we’re launching a cultural shift. Think Olipop meets Flo, but made for the days you feel like canceling life.

Led by 3x founder Anastasia Sartan (ex-Director of Product at Snap), The Cycle is entering its first launch phase. We’re prepping 5,000 cans per SKU for drop this August and seeding traction across DTC, micro-retail, and café partners. What You’ll Do:

Support Operations & Fulfillment

• Assist with coordination across distributors, cafés, and wellness/yoga studios

• Keep logistics moving—3PL communication, inventory tracking, shipping updates

• Jump in wherever needed to help the team stay on top of moving parts

External Communication

• Handle outreach and follow-ups with small retail and wellness partners

• Respond to basic inquiries and make sure everyone gets what they need, on time

‍♀️ Brand Presence Support

• Help identify small partnership opportunities (pop-ups, gifting, yoga studios, etc.)

• Occasionally support ad hoc tasks around events, activations, and product seeding

General Team Support

• You’ll be the go-to for whatever needs doing—whether it’s ops, light marketing, or just keeping things organized

• Expect a mix of tasks week to week; we’re looking for someone who thrives on variety and is excited to roll up their sleeves wherever needed

You Might Be a Fit If:

• • You’ve worked in early-stage startups or small, fast-paced companies—no corporate or rigid industry backgrounds
  • You have experience in e-commerce
  • You’ve held roles like Operations Assistant, Business Assistant, or Executive Assistant—and you’ve supported founders or small teams across a wide range of tasks
  • You’re an active user of AI tools—way beyond basic ChatGPT; you leverage AI daily to work smarter and faster
  • You’re highly organized and quick to respond
  • You’re a self-starter who can handle complex, diverse responsibilities without hand-holding
  • You’re a clear and proactive communicator who’s not afraid to follow up, pick up the phone, or double-check delivery details
  • You’re okay being a solo player—fully hands-on, with no day-to-day team to bounce things off
  • You’re fluent in English

Nice-to-Have (but not required):

• Experience doing light content creation/coordination or UGC sourcing

• Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Airtable, or Klaviyo

What We Offer:

• Full-time job (8 working hours per day, Monday-Friday). Please note that we will not consider candidates planning to combine several jobs.

• Remote work. You may be located in almost any country or city, as long as you have a reliable internet connection, a computer to work from, and can adjust to the team’s working hours.

• You’ll work directly with the founder and a brand advisor (ex-marketing director for top CPG brands in the US).

• Salary in USD, bonus or equity opportunity based on performance.
