An international company specializing in B2P services is looking for a Sales Trainer (Mentor) to support the professional growth and performance of our team. This role is key to building a strong onboarding process, improving skills across departments, and supporting a culture of continuous learning.

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct onboarding and ongoing training sessions (in-person and online)
  • Develop and update training materials, manuals, and learning content
  • Work with team leads to identify training needs and performance gaps
  • Track learning progress through assessments and feedback
  • Provide one-on-one coaching when needed
  • Maintain training documentation and reports for management
  • Support employee onboarding and adaptation
  • Introduce best practices and fresh ideas into learning programs

What we offer:

  • Full-time office-based role in Tashkent
  • Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00
  • Compensation: $500 net/month during the probationary period, increasing to $700 net/month after successful completion

Who we’re looking for:

  • Experience in training, coaching, or corporate education
  • Strong communication and public speaking skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
  • Confident English speaker (C1 and higher)
  • Skilled in creating training materials (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Comfortable with feedback, performance tracking, and reporting
  • Motivated to help others grow and learn
  • Experience with LMS platforms or knowledge of sales processes is a plus
