(Consumer Program Operations in the Traditional FMCG Segment)

KT&G Global TAS is the representative office of KT&G in Uzbekistan, which manages the product portfolio and marketing activities in the local market.
We work on the model of traditional FMCG, with a focus on customer engagement programs and field execution.

Main Responsibilities

1. Informing consumers in retail outlets

  • Organization and control of field activities aimed at providing information on product characteristics
  • Training, coordination and supervision of the work of field staff together with external agencies
  • Quality control of operations and compliance with internal standards

2. Consumer Engagement Assessment Programs

  • Implementation of a mystery shopping program to evaluate the performance of retail outlets
  • Analysis of compliance with actions according to predefined criteria, provision of reports and recommendations
  • Proposal of measures to improve the quality of interaction

3. Managing a Consumer Survey Platform

  • Conducting satisfaction surveys and product feedback through the Telegram platform
  • Managing engagement metrics, monitoring research conduct, transferring data to relevant departments

4. Performance tracking and reporting

  • Keeping records of key indicators (efficiency, costs, impact on sales)
  • Analyze and align results with target KPIs
  • Preparation of analytical reports and proposals for improvement

  • Interest in traditional FMCG and consumer interaction programs at the point of sale
  • Ability to manage agencies and organize field processes
  • A systematic approach to working with data and reporting
  • Required knowledge of English (business communication and reporting)
  • Responsibility, initiative, ability to work in a team
  • Candidates focused on digital marketing or social media work do not fit the profile of this position
