About the Role:
We are looking for a technical leader to manage the Automated Banking System (ABS). Your mission will be to build and develop a strong development team, establish effective vendor collaboration, and ensure stable system evolution, including migration to a new platform. You will drive the transition from legacy unmanaged processes to a controlled, repeatable development workflow.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and onboard a team of analysts, developers, and testers; set up development and QA processes

Provide technical leadership: participate in design, code reviews, and ensure change reliability

Coordinate with external vendors; control delivery timelines and quality

Implement business and regulatory change requests; participate in migration and system enhancement projects
Requirements:

Proven technical leadership experience in banking ABS projects

Strong expertise in PL/SQL and Java (legacy systems, Spring)

Experience with Liquibase, CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins), Git, and code review practices

Skilled in working with legacy code and building teams/processes

Experience managing vendor collaboration

Knowledge of local ABS systems used in Uzbekistan is a plus

Willingness to take ownership of critical systems during transition
