Location: Esentai Mall Almaty,

Working Schedule: 5/2 (5 working days, 2 days off)
Salary Range: 350,000 – 800,000 (Base Salary + Bonus)
Report to: Shop Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Assistant Manager to join our APM Monaco team in Almaty. The ideal candidate will have intermediate English proficiency, strong sales and customer service skills, and the ability to support store operations while ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve personal and team sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service, promptly addressing and resolving customer complaints or objections.
- Assist in managing customer relationships and ensuring a positive brand experience.
- Prepare and maintain display cases and merchandise according to company standards, including creating video reports for management.
- Ensure the sales area and displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Assist in regulating and coordinating the schedules of sales staff.
- Collaborate with the team to implement merchandising strategies and promotional activities.
- Support store management in daily operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Intermediate level of English (both written and spoken).
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) and customer service best practices.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Familiar with Social media such as Instagram will be a plus;
