We take pride in fostering the growth of our team and nurturing top talent. We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join our growing international team in Minsk. The ideal candidate is a proactive and strategic thinker with a passion for sales and a proven track record in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outbound outreach;
- Maintain strong relationships with existing strategic partners, negotiate terms and monitor performance;
- Develop and execute business development strategies to meet sales targets and expand our customer base;

Lead contract negotiations and successfully close new business deals;
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and tech teams to ensure alignment of business development initiatives with company goals;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and partner interactions in HubSpot.
Qualifications:
- Fluent English proficiency (C1 level or above) is required;
- 3+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or a related commercial role. North America region;
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
- Experience working with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment;
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or logistics sectors is strongly preferred.
