Обязанности:
  • Identifying and Developing New Business:

Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

  • Maintaining Client Relationships:

Building and nurturing relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and identify new opportunities.

  • Negotiating Contracts and Rates:

Negotiating room rates and packages with corporate clients, groups and events.

  • Collaborating with Internal Teams:

Working with other departments like marketing, revenue management, reservation, front office, food and beverage and etc., to align sales strategies and ensure a seamless guest experience.

Требования:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.

  • Minimum 1 years of sales experience in the international hotel brand 4-5*

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Fluent in English, Russian and Uzbek; additional languages are an advantage.

Условия:
  • Employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
