Nauchsoft, an international software development and IT consulting company, is looking for a full-time Assistant Marketing Analyst. We have been in the IT business for 36 years and continue growing.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze secondary data on various IT markets, with a focus on the U.S., using sources such as official statistics, industry publications, articles, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of potential customers’ needs by reviewing and interpreting large volumes of diverse textual information.
  • Collect and assess both static and dynamic data on existing and prospective clients to build comprehensive target account profiles.
  • Monitor key web metrics and marketing KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis, and prepare performance reports to support decision-making.
  • Support SEO and CRO initiatives with relevant research and data.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
  • Spoken and written English (B1+);
  • Degree in Economics, Marketing, Management, or a technical discipline;
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO principles;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including formulas and PivotTables);
  • Ability to perform basic statistical analysis;
  • Positive, proactive mindset;
  • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
