Обязанности:
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations
- Manage and train food and beverage staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement service standards and procedures
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff on menu planning
- Handle customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction
- Analyze financial reports and manage department budgets
- Coordinate with event planners for special functions
- Implement marketing strategies to boost sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Proficiency in inventory and cost control systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Experience with POS and restaurant management software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Customer-focused with a passion for hospitality
