Full-time | Fully Remote
TAC is a Layer 1 blockchain with a unique adapter to TON, enabling Ethereum-based applications to tap into Telegram’s massive user base of over 1 billion people.
Our mission is to scale the TON developer ecosystem by attracting Solidity/EVM engineers and helping them launch hundreds of new dApps for TON users, especially in the consumer segment via Telegram MiniApps.
What you'll do:
-Build and grow the developer community around TAC, from early adopters to active contributors
-Create and manage dev-focused content: guides, tutorials, blog posts, documentation, videos, Twitter/X threads, etc.
-Support developers via chat and forums, answer technical questions, and gather product feedback
-Organize and participate in online/offline events: hackathons, meetups, demo days, webinars
-Lead developer advocacy efforts: speak on behalf of TAC, represent the project in communities, work with ambassadors
-Work closely with product and engineering teams to bring developer feedback into onboarding flows, the portal, and roadmap
-Track community metrics and engagement, experiment with growth initiatives
What we expect:
-Experience working with technical communities (dev rel, dev support, technical marketing, etc.)
-Understanding how developers think and work (basic knowledge of DeFi or ability to read code)
-Ability to clearly explain complex concepts - both in writing and verbally
-Experience creating content for a technical audience
-Self-driven and proactive mindset, able to build and own processes from scratch
-English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
Nice to have:
-Experience organizing events (online or offline)
-Experience working with blockchain/Web3 projects
