As our team continues to grow, we're looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to join us. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured, data-focused work and enjoys turning information into insight.
Responsibilities:

Create and manage Excel reports using data from internal systems

Assist with interim and annual audits

Post and record accounts receivable data

Prepare billing statements and account documents

Verify contract terms and apply them accurately in accounting records
Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas) and Adobe Acrobat
-
Upper-Intermediate (B2) level English – both written and spoken

Degree in economics or related field, or relevant experience in accounting/finance is a plus

Quick learner with the ability to grasp new processes fast

Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
