About the Project

We are developing an innovative fintech platform in the automotive services
sector in the UAE. We're looking for a motivated specialist ready to grow with the team and participate in building a product from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Support & Monitoring
  • Monitor partner communication channels and coordinate with IT team for
    incident resolution;
  • Perform initial technical issue diagnosis and escalate critical matters;
  • Maintain incident documentation and resolution tracking;
  • Monitor system functionality and respond promptly to outages.
Customer Support
  • Communicate with clients regarding platform usage questions;
  • Provide consultations to partners (auto service centers) on product;
  • Prepare responses to frequently asked questions.
Administrative Tasks
  • Complete documents and applications for partner collaboration.
Product Development Support
  • Recruit respondents for user interviews;
  • Assist in gathering user requirements;
  • Help test new features and functionality;
  • Analyze user experience and prepare improvement suggestions.
Requirements:

Essential
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably technical or business-related);
  • English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
Preferred
  • Experience in technical support or customer success (including internships);
  • Understanding of fintech or banking product fundamentals;
  • Experience working in startups or IT companies.

Working Conditions:
