An exciting career opportunity is available for a talented Key Account Manager to join a leading international company in the industrial sector.
This position offers the chance to work with high-profile clients, ensure the smooth operation of supply processes, and contribute directly to the success of large-scale projects. The role combines field visits, strategic client management, and active communication with production teams, offering both professional growth and the satisfaction of seeing tangible results from your work.
Responsibilities:

Visit key clients in the Andijan region on a regular basis;

Conduct site visits (including press shops) to monitor the correct use of steel coils and sheets, identify issues, and provide solutions;

Monitor clients’ stock levels and ensure timely replenishment;
-
Maintain excellent customer service standards and long-term business relationships;
-
Facilitate clear and transparent communication between clients and internal departments;

Support the Sales Manager in resolving operational issues;
-
Travel to other regions (e.g., Fergana, Urgench) as required to meet with clients and address business matters.
Requirements:
-
2+ years of experience in B2B sales or key account management;
-
Strong communication and presentation skills;
-
Ability to build trust-based, long-term relationships with clients;

Professional proficiency in Russian and English;
-
Confident PC skills; CRM experience is a plus;

Responsibility, independence, and result orientation;

Willingness to travel regularly to client sites.
