Role Description
We’re looking for a creative and experienced Marketing Specialis to join our passionate, fast-moving team. If you’re excited by the idea of building mobile apps that are not just smart but soulfully designed — we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and test ads creative ideas and strategies
  • Plan, launch, and optimise advertising campaigns for mobile apps across Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms.
  • Drive traffic acquisition using Web-to-Appand Web-to-Web funnels.
  • Take full ownership of the project’s UA strategy: set goals, generate and test growth hypotheses, and scale winning campaigns.
  • Collaborate with product and analytics teams to test new ideas and achieve optimal results.
  • Analyze campaign performance, channels, formats, and creatives to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in mobile app marketing and user acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of subscription-based monetisation models.
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms.
  • Proven track record of working with Web-to-App and Web-to-Web funnels.
  • Ability to independently plan and execute UA strategies.
  • English level — Intermediate or higher.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience promoting apps in Mindfulness or Health & Fitness categories.
  • Experience developing, testing, and optimising web funnels.
