CMO in an AI Startup
We are a successful and fast-growing venture-backed AI startup (an adult-themed psychological game that helps users bring their boldest fantasies to life through interactive scenarios).
We’ve built our own technology on top of language models — chatbots, image, video, and audio generation.
Our market: US, Europe, and other Tier 1 English-speaking countries.
In our first year we:

raised a seed round,

and demonstrated strong growth.
Now our main goal is to raise a Series A in the coming months on attractive terms to continue capturing the market.
KEY GOALS OF THE ROLE

Build and execute a marketing strategy that drives sustainable growth across multiple channels.

Develop a brand that stands out in the market and stays memorable.
-
Set up the marketing department for efficiency and ensure metric growth in a highly competitive environment.
WHAT OUR MARKETING STRATEGY INCLUDES:

Performance Marketing: launching and optimizing campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, RTB) with a strong ROI focus.

SEO: deep strategies for long-term organic traffic growth.

Affiliates & Partnerships: building networks and managing CPA/RevShare traffic.
-
Email Marketing: segmentation, personalized communication, funnel automation, and engagement flows.

SMM: running and promoting corporate accounts and AI character accounts on social media for lead generation.

RTB: working with ad exchanges, setting up programmatic campaigns, A/B testing creatives, traffic efficiency analysis.

Creative & Growth: rapid experimentation, A/B testing, viral mechanics, referral programs.

Collaborations: working with OnlyFans models and other types of partnerships.

Brand & PR: positioning, content strategy, media coverage, influencer relations.
WE EXPECT THAT YOU:

Have experience scaling a digital product or startup in international markets.

Are skilled across the listed areas of marketing strategy.

Possess strong technical competencies: from tracking to integrations and BI tools.

Have a proven track record of building a marketing or sales department (validated by company revenue growth of at least $5–10M).

Know how to effectively manage and motivate teams with both financial and non-financial tools.

Are analytics-driven: you can communicate with analysts fluently and set clear tasks.

Must have an understanding of the Adult market: advertising channels, traffic specifics, creatives, and audience behavior.
