We are looking for a client-focused individual who works well in a fast-paced environment, and who has a technical background in the geosciences.
Responsibilities:
- Provide online Technical sales & workflow presentations to clients
- Customer Technical Support (phone, email) including possible calls during evenings and weekends
- Tracking of client’s bugs and new features requests
- Prepare technical documentation
- Testing new software solutions
- Other tasks related to all above
Requirements:
- 4-year degree in Earth Sciences or Engineering
- Strong knowledge of drilling operations and operations geology workflows
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken; experience creating and delivering presentations
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office products and Google Docs
Additional beneficial experience:
- Working knowledge of Python
- Experience with geoscience software (Petrel, Kingdom, GeoGraphix, etc)
- Computer science and/or IT troubleshooting experience
- Customer service experience
