✨About the Role: CRM Manager
We’re looking for an expert who will take full ownership of our current system: create, maintain, and enhance push and email campaigns, dive deep into the product, and take our CRM to the next level ✨. In this role, you will work with push and email communications, analyze data, and focus on boosting user engagement and conversions.
✍ Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize push & email campaigns
- Maintain and modify current campaigns and flows
- Write engaging copy for campaigns (with optional support from a copywriter)
- Develop new flows, segments, and one-off campaigns based on user behavior
- Conduct A/B tests and validate hypotheses
- Analyze campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversion, retention), identify growth opportunities, and iterate
- Work with internal tools + SendGrid (API & Marketing) + Stripo for template design
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in CRM, preferably in digital products
- Knowledge of basic HTML markup
- Strong analytical skills with campaign metrics (OR, CTR, CVR, retention)
- Understanding of segmentation principles, trigger flows, and user scenarios
- Ability to write short, clear, and engaging copy in Russian and English (C1+)
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems is a plus
