We are looking for an experienced B2B SaaS Outreach Specialist to join our sales team and accelerate our growth by identifying, engaging, and converting high-value prospects.
Responsibilities

Drive outbound prospecting campaigns to generate qualified leads for the sales team.

Build, manage, and optimize outreach sequences across email and LinkedIn channels.

Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers to personalize messaging.

Collaborate with marketing to align on ICPs, messaging, and campaign performance.

Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and pipeline in CRM.

Continuously test and refine outreach strategies to improve conversion rates.

Work closely with account executives to hand off and support warm leads.
Requirements

3+ years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in B2B SaaS.

Proven track record of generating leads and booking meetings with decision-makers.

Hands-on experience with AI tools (Clay required) for list building and personalization.

Strong knowledge of outbound tools (Amplemarket, Apollo, LinkedIn SN, etc.).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft compelling messages.

Strong research and analytical skills to identify opportunities and tailor outreach.

Familiarity with SaaS sales cycles and enterprise decision-making processes.
