Responsibilities:

1. Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners and clients.
  • Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of agreements and commitments.
  • Monitor customer performance, ensuring targets are met and contracts are fulfilled.

2. Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and implement account-specific business plans and sales strategies.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profitability targets.
  • Identify new opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding product portfolio within accounts.

3. Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer insights.
  • Provide feedback to management on product positioning, pricing, and promotions.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives with tailored solutions for key accounts.

4. Operational Coordination

  • Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and finance to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and payment collection.
  • Manage account-level promotional activities, pricing negotiations, and rebate/bonus schemes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal, and contractual obligations.

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.
  • Analyze sell-in and sell-out data to improve execution and stock management.
  • Track KPIs at both account and internal performance levels.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in FMCG, consumer electronics, or telecom.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of sales and distribution models (B2B, retail, or operator channels).
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts.
  • Fluent in English and local languages (Uzbek and Russian).
