Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze stock levels, capacity, and expiry dates
- Plan and monitor warehouse capacity utilization
- Track shelf life and FIFO compliance (especially for perishable goods)
- Work with Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards)
- Generate analytical insights for management
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams.
- Understanding of food storage requirements, including temperature control, shelf life, and hygiene standards
- Experience in logistics, planning, or analytics (preferably in food industry)
- Fluent English (B2 or higher)
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure
- Advanced Excel skills
