After Sales Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyze all production line after sales claim data, find the product quality problem, and feedback to headquarter to improve it

  • To be the interface of after sales partner and headquarter, collect defect samples, software logs, OBA inspection, first return batch quality check, critical case technical support etc.

  • Cost control: RMA issues for defect unit, defect parts analysis. Fake inspection and NTF judgment.

  • Technical related tools and Software implemented: release and check the performance for new Hardware or software tools.

  • Based on the new product launch schedule to prepare and release documents to local service partner.

  • Technical evaluation for service partner and engineer: engineer qualification evaluation, daily test, and new service partner technical capability evaluation etc.

  • Technical Training, documents translation & other temporary work assigned by team leader.

Requirements:
  • Two years or above phone or electrical devices technical support experience.

  • Fluent English for daily communication, email, report. (Chinese would be an advantage).

  • Strong self-motivation, positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.

  • Strong executive ability, able to carry out related tasks.

  • Strong analytical skills and logical thinking.

  • Region business trip can be accepted.

  • Proficient in using Excel, PPT and other data analysis and reporting tools.
